Blackbird Projects Is a family owned and operated Building Contracting business In the Toowoomba Darling Downs region.
Blackbird Projects was born from experiences Director Dan Holmes witnessed too many times.
Families watching their dream home become a source of stress instead of excitement.
Experiencing missed deadlines, costs that kept climbing and conversations no one had prepared them for.
Dan saw what happens when builders treat a home like just another job.
"Every home I build is somebody's biggest leap — their savings, their security, the place where their life is going to happen. That deserves more than 'near enough'. Dan Explains.
"So I sweat the details no one will ever notice, because the family living there deserves a builder who cared about all of it."
